Homemade Egg McMuffins
1 english muffin
3-4 slices of ham
1 slice cheddar cheese
1 tbl raspberry jam
1 egg
Fry the egg. Heat the ham in the same pan. Sandwich the cheese between the ham on the skillet. Toast the english muffin. Butter it and spread the jam on one or both sides. Place the egg on the ham/cheese combo. Place all of it on the muffin. So delicious!!
i'm so excited! I love attempting to be crafty but it usually ends up looking like just that...an attempt...nothing special :o) I'm jealous!
